Online Yoga Classes with PD Active

“At each stage of Parkinson’s disease, exercise therapies complement and extend the benefits of our ‘best’ medical and surgical treatments.”

Dr. Chad Christine, UCSF

Yoga is one of the most beneficial complementary therapies for Parkinson’s disease, helping to increase flexibility; improve posture; loosen tight muscles; build (or rebuild) confidence; and, through these benefits, enhance the quality of life.

PD Active is a local East Bay non-profit by and for people with Parkinson’s Disease. We support several live-stream yoga classes that are designed specifically for people with PD.
