To keep our community safe, our programs are online during the pandemic.

PD Active keeps you moving, offering everything from Yoga to Voice to Boxing. Classes are designed to address PD-specific symptoms.

PD Active, a Bay Area non-profit by and for people with Parkinson’s Disease, offers weekly, live-stream exercise classes with local teachers for the East Bay Parkinson’s community.

In addition to these classes, there are many excellent resources online that can help you maintain an active and varied exercise regimen and connect with PD communities locally and around the U.S.
