Prof. Rich Ivry will focus on how Parkinson’s disease impacts motor function and cognition and the role of the basal ganglia. Researchers in his Cognition and Action lab will discuss ongoing investigations that look at the interaction between movement and cognition.

NEW! Women’s Support Group on Zoom with additional in-person support circles
When: 1st Tuesday of the month, 4:30 – 6:00pm
First Meeting: Tuesday, March 5.
This new group will provide a safe space for women at any stage of PD to share concerns, ask questions, get resources, and connect with other women.
There will also be a process for those who want to participate in a small, in-person, women’s support circle. Email womensgroup@pdactive.org if you are interested in attending. Open to anyone in the East Bay identifying as female.
