Annual Fall Gathering in the Park

See old friends, and meet new ones at PD Active’s Annual Outdoor Fall Gathering

Location: Live Oak Park, 1275 Walnut St., Berkeley

NEW! In-Person Tai Chi Class
Instructor: Otto Dittmer
When: Saturdays at 1:30pm
The in-person Tai Chi classes will begin putting the upper and lower body together with combination Tai Chi Sets. Tai Chi is wonderful for memory retention, balance and freedom of movement.
All levels are welcome, prior experience not required. Please register.
