NEW! In-Person Meeting of the PD Active General Support Group
This group is provided to PD Active members and is facilitated by Roslyn Kleinsinger (LCSW, retired) and volunteer Adam Mizock. There is no fee to attend the support group, but PD Active is a donor-based non-profit and we rely on contributions to support the organization and our programs.
When: 4th Thursday of each month
Time: 1:00pm – 2:30pm (PT)

Ping-Pong at the North Oakland Senior Center

Because Ping-Pong has been shown to have many benefits for People with PD, PD Active volunteers Deborah Harris and Joanne Ruby are facilitating Ping-Pong at the North Oakland Senior Center.

Throughout the year, PD Active hosts virtual educational forums and discussion panels for our community. In case you missed one of the webinars or want to view it again, all of the recordings are available on the Past Events page of our website and on the PD Active YouTube channel.

ZUMBA, set to Latin American and world rhythms is a fun and active way to improve fitness, flexibility, and balance. This class is designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. Taught in English and Spanish by Andreina Febres. All abilities welcome!
