Join us for PD Active’s Annual Fall Gathering at Live Oak Park. Spend a lovely afternoon outdoors, reconnect with old friends and meet new members.
PD Active will provide non-alcoholic drinks, fruit and cookies. Bring your own picnic lunch and enjoy eating together in the shade of the oak trees. Friends and family are welcome. Seating at the picnic area is limited, so you may want to bring a lawn chair if you prefer a seat with a back. We hope to see you there!
Getting There
The gathering will be held at Live Oak Park, Picnic Area #2, 1275 Walnut Street in Berkeley. There is no parking lot, but street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Enter the park from Walnut Street near the Berkeley Arts Center
There are also several easy ways to join us at Live Oak Park by public transit. From Downtown Berkeley BART, you can take AC Transit Line 18 or Line 27, both of which have stops nearby. Coming from Oakland, Line 18 travels north through Oakland and Berkeley. And if you’re coming from El Cerrito or farther north, Line 7 serves El Cerrito del Norte BART, Kensington and North Berkeley.
