Description: ZUMBA, set to Latin American and world rhythms is a fun and active way to improve fitness, flexibility, and balance. This class is designed to be safe, effective, and enjoyable for people with Parkinson’s disease. All abilities welcome!

Andreina Febres has been teaching Zumba since 2009 and completed her 200 hour Yoga Training in 2019. Andreina is originally from Caracas Venezuela and has lived in the Bay Area since 1999. She is the co-owner of Making Waves Studios and is the co-founder of Dancing Saved My Life, a non-profit organization that supports women with cancer.
